Delivery Time
We deliver across Pakistan through TCS. Standard delivery usually takes 2–3 business days after dispatch. Delivery time may vary depending on the customer's location and unforeseen courier delays.

Shipping Charges

• Orders of Rs. 2,999 or above qualify for FREE SHIPPING across Pakistan.
• For orders below Rs. 2,999, applicable shipping charges will be shown at checkout.

Tracking

Refunds are only applicable in case of damaged or incorrect products. Once approved, the refund will be processed within a few working days.

Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and product nature, jewelry items cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged or incorrect.

Keep your jewelry away from water, perfumes, lotions and chemicals. Store each piece in a dry place, preferably in its original packaging. Avoid wearing jewelry while bathing, swimming or exercising to maintain its shine and finish.

We offer both Cash on Delivery (COD) and advance payment options. Choose your preferred payment method at checkout. Please provide a correct phone number and complete delivery address when placing your order.
